A Wedding Consultation, What’s That?
Aright so let me give you the rundown real quick.
The question that is sometimes raised from our clients is…why do you have to meet with us?
The question I want to ask you is..why not? LOL. A wedding venue and the vendors you select to service your wedding needs are all considered investments. You’re investing in photography services for an AMAZING outcome (usually the goal). There is a chance with some vendors (no shade) that the return may not be as great as expected or nonexistent.
Here a few major reasons why wedding consultations are important:
We have the awesome opportunity to learn about you, your story as a couple and how you met! Every love story is different in it’s own amazing way. It’s important to us to capture your day specifically to who you are as a couple.
Not every photographer is your ideal vendor. It’s important to us that we are able to meet your needs and be a best fit for you. A consult gives you the opportunity to figure that out.
We can tell you all about our services and explain to you your investment into our photography services in detail. With this explanation, you get a thorough understanding of what you are investing into.
It eases any anxiety during the wedding process!
I know it sounds crazy uncomfortable for some people in such a socially distanced world, but it is truly helpful in gaining insight about who you are hiring as your photographer. There’s more to the investment than a text message and email. We want to make your experience as personable as possible!

Okay, so you’ve inquired for wedding services with us…what now?
After the initial inquiry has entered our inbox, we greet you and do a little dance cause we’re excited about the opportunity to capture yet another love story! YAY!
We then send you a calendar invite giving you the opportunity to schedule a 20-30 minute zoom/phone chat with us regarding your needs and our services.
A proposal is sent to you with all the information you provided from the consult.
You can now make an informed decision now that you’ve met with us! See that wasn’t so hard!!!! LOL
